SET UP A TIME TO DISCUSS AND NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE --- GREAT START --- THAT TELLS ME ENOUGH

Crown Credit removed $150 from my account without doing any work. They missed the consultation and we did not even get to step one. Now this is a greedy company who will steal your money and think nothing of taking it for doing exactly nothing. Tread lightly when looking into this company. I have the proof that nothing was done. I will be taking further action.

THESE IDIOTS DON'T KNOW SHIT!!! BE CAREFUL!!! DON'T FOLLOW ANY PROCEDURES... They promised transparency,,, but they come out way to short... After the six months period all they took my money and cancel my membership without them telling me at all just an email saying that they couldn't help me... My credit score was 720 and after they mess me up., went down to 625... instead of helping me,,, they will ruin my credit., worst then what it was before!!! They will not return any of my calls... They ghosted me out for two and half 2-1/2 months no phone call no e-mail no communication at all!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Crowned Credit. I signed up expecting professional credit assistance, personalized guidance, communication, and ongoing support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have been paying for the service for more than three months, but I have received very little meaningful assistance. I have never had a consistent conversation with someone about my credit goals, progress, or a strategy for improving my credit. In fact, I do not even have an assigned representative. Whenever I have a question or make a request, I am told to contact my representative. The problem is that I do not have a representative. What is particularly frustrating is that no one seems to have taken the time to check my account and recognize this. I should not have to keep being directed to someone who has never been assigned to me. Last month, I specifically emailed to request that my service be canceled. I received no response. No one followed up, acknowledged my cancellation request, or contacted me to discuss it. Then, at the end of the month, instead of receiving confirmation that my cancellation had been processed, I received another message asking me to pay for the next month. That was the final straw for me. If a customer specifically requests cancellation, the company should acknowledge that request and address it. Ignoring the request and then asking the customer to pay for another month is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the level of customer service and communication. My credit score has increased by approximately 40 points during the time I have been enrolled. However, I personally handled the work that contributed to that improvement. Based on my experience, I do not feel that I received the value or professional support I was paying for. I signed up because I wanted a company to help guide me through the credit-improvement process. Instead, I have largely felt like I was doing everything myself while still paying a monthly fee. I have now requested that you cancel my account and refund the services I have paid for. I believe that is a reasonable request given the lack of communication, the lack of an assigned representative, the failure to respond to my cancellation request, and continued requests for payment after I had already asked to cancel. I am sharing my experience because anyone considering a monthly credit-repair service should know what it has been like for me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Crowned Credit.

This company is crooked I was told that the creditors have 30 days to respond and if they don't negative items on my credit report would be removed well it's been over 30 days no progress fake reviews and the company is not legit beware I was fooled by fake reviews as well this company couldn't show that they removed one negative item of my report although they claimed that one negative item was removed I asked for the rep to show me on my report unfortunately he couldn't

Never follow through with what they promised. Processed money from my bank account 2 months in a row and never actually did anything. These folks are a scam and take advantage of folks. Beware!!!

I signed up for credit repair with crowned credit repair and they did not improve my credit score at all. I was on the program a total of 5 months and they did absolutely nothing. My credit score was a 555 when I started and when I ended the program after 5 months it was still a 555. This company lies in their marketing to get customers but does not get any results. I requested a full refund and they did not give me my money back. Buyer beware, I do not recommend using this service .

SCAMMERS AVOID THEM BAIT -N- SWITCH (**FRAUD**) Never actually get on the phone to do what they say they will do. Its all automated and its all fake.
