I've followed CJ for a few years and recently tried the free GetCracked trial while looking into quant, I genuinely really enjoyed it and can see the value, especially the roadmap, how clearly progression is structed and how it points you to resources outside of GetCracked. I had some doubts initially, mainly around the Accelerator sales process and pricing, It's a pretty big financial commitment and I think more upfront pricing transparency would've been nice, everyone I spoke to was friendly though and genuinely tried to point me towards what they thought suited me best in my career. What really changed my impression was how the team handled my criticism afterwards, they reached out personally, listened to what I had to say and were very open to constructive feedback, it genuinely seems like they're trying to build something high quality and improve it which I have a lot of respect for. Still a few things I'd improve around the Accelerator pricing transparency and presentation, but that's really it. If they deliver on what they promise, I can definitely see there being substantial underlying value for the right person, but it's not for everyone.

Your in the good hand, with so many resources from roadmaps, coaches, resume rewrite. I was able to meet and talk to people from the industry and they are willing to help me steer to the right path. My fav is coach 1 on 1 and townhalls when they share their experiences and common pitfalls so we can learn from it. You still need to put in the work to learn and improve yourself but it's nice to know that you're not alone in the journey.

I have been using getcracked.io for around 4 months now, and I think it provides a very structured roadmap for learning and getting good at quant interviewing. I love the resources provided for learning and improving at C++. Also, the question-bank is increasingly getting dense and better, so that you can get more and more practice if you are preparing for any interview. I also especially love the discord community, and the discussions which take place in the channel. You can find a lot of useful insights about the industry, from people who are ACTUALLY working in the industry.

I originally got getcracked to prepare for quant trading interviews, but it's ended up being useful beyond that. The questions have helped me get better at python specifics, probability, etc. I recently landed a data scientist role at a leading bank while starting my MS, and I'm still using the platform to eventually make the jump into a quant role. Definitely worth it if you're serious about improving.

Update: I've received an internship offer from a Tier 1 quant firm, and a big part of that can be attributed to this platform. I highly recommend this platform for becoming better at low-level programming. The roadmap structure saves a lot of time compared to reading a book in full, and I have not seen anything similar to the quizzes offered here. They are difficult but train you really well and test your knowledge of the language at a very deep level. Additionally, the quant-flavored coding problems are much more similar to what is tested than generic LeetCode.

Learnt a lot by using the platform. Questions go deep into how language works under the hood, everything is explained. Learning trees help structure studying plans, and save a LOT of time by forwarding to great resources (specific book chapters, articles on other websites or videos with timestamps). Every quiz ends with a summary that explains every question or coding exercise. Coding exercises simulate real world problems, not leetcode's style DSA. To summarize: I recommend it. The quality caught me by surprise. The content library keeps growing, so it's only getting better day by day.
