fast and full support

I cannot say enough great things about ChipBot and Matt! We are a reseller partner and bumped into ChipBot quite unexpectedly. If I am being honest, I was shocked at how affordable this product is based upon the features. I actually asked multiple times to make sure I wasn't missing anything. lol. We are building ChipBot into our own SaaS product and Matt has been great to work with. I have worked with many 3rd party companies and there has been no one better to work with than Matt in regards to talking through ideas, support, feature requests etc. I am typically hard to please because I set high expectations for myself but when someone does -- I am going to shout it from the roof tops to everyone who can hear me.
