Snail Mail is taken to a whole other level
I ordered this shirt for a concert - a concert that Getbritwear specifically advertised for. It took A MONTH to arrive. I had no idea that it was coming from the States ('britwear' would imply otherwise) but even so - unless the US have regressed back to the days of the Pony Express, there was no need for it to take that long. It arrived A WEEK AFTER the concert. The quality is terrible - cheap print and not the embroidered style that was suggested in the photos. When I reached out to customer service to ask for reimbursement for this now-unnecessary item, I was fobbed off by an automated response. Never again.

Great value for money.
Although delivery service was a little slow (around 6weeks), I received updates at every stage of the parcels journey and as I was in no rush I was happy to wait. The item arrived as described of good quality and looks more expensive than it was.
