Just abit di Disappointed because I like the tops I ordered but a size too small Paid 28 pounds have asked to return for a bigger size but saying not possible.Return delivery too expensive .Have offered 7 pounds .Shame as would have ordered again

Item took one month from order placed to arrive, although I did receive THIRTEEN email updates - must be a record!! I ordered one size up, but when it arrived it was extremely tight in the body, the length was much too short for the size - I compared it with other, reputable brand garments. The advert showed embroidery logos, but on this garment they were printed. The material was also a printed pattern, cheap and shiny and had a ‘chemical’ smell to it. I contacted the Customer Svs email included with the garment and detailed my issues. They replied to take photos so they could ‘identify the issue and assist me!!!!’ I replied that I had already detailed all the issues and photos would not assist them in any way and I required a full refund for a sub-standard product which didn’t meet the advertised item. As it would be ‘very expensive for me to return the item’ - obviously never heard of prepaid, return label option, they offered me a derisory £5 offer and to keep the item. I replied that I would accept £15 - MY final offer. Now waiting for a supervisor to make a decision 🤦🏽‍♂️ Update 1 17/09/2026 Another email from Customer Svs Team, stating they can only offer 5GBP (and retain the cr@p product). Told them to find someone in their organisation to deal with me who can actually make a decision on suitable refunds, as their repeated offer is no offer at all. Update 2 17/09/2026 Now a response - below⬇️ on my TrustPilot review from the CS Team asking for exactly the same information that I have already supplied by email — I’m not playing that game!!! @Getbritwear - find someone in your organisation who can actually deal with this issue Update 3 - three days later and no reply Update 4 22/09 - having had no response from them in 4 days 10.08 22/09 email to company I have already supplied all this information on several occasions to this email address  support and I have No INTENTION OF SENDING IT AGAIN.   Suggest you  get it from them  A very exasperated and annoyed ex-customer Their reply 10.46 22/09 I'm sorry that inconvenience. We offer you a solution with the least loss to you. We sincerely hope you can accept the compensation offered to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please advise ASAP.  My response 10.52 22/09 Your ‘solution’ is no solution at all and is based on no customer service principle I have ever heard of.    The ‘loss to me’ with your paltry 5GBP offer plus retaining an unwearable substandard polo shirt is not ‘the least loss to me — I am out by 20GBP and you are in still profit by the same amount!!!  Therefore I am the loser and you gain.   Come up with something more palatable.
