⭐ 1 von 5 Sternen Titel: Absolut enttäuschend – unverschämte Rückgabebedingungen! Ich kann von einer Bestellung bei Getbritwaer nur abraten! Die bestellten Artikel haben meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, weshalb ich sie zurückgeben wollte. Die Antwort des Kundenservices war allerdings eine absolute Frechheit. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken müsse. Die Rücksendekosten würden sich auf etwa 40–50 US-Dollar belaufen! Als angeblich kulante Lösung bei einer Bestellung im wert von 75€ wurde mir eine Erstattung von gerade einmal 8 £ angeboten, wenn ich die Ware behalte oder entsorge. Ob dieser Betrag pro Artikel oder für die gesamte Bestellung gelten soll, wurde nicht einmal klargestellt. Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, Kunden vor die Wahl zu stellen, entweder horrende Rücksendekosten zu bezahlen oder sich mit einer derart geringen Erstattung zufriedenzugeben. Ein kundenfreundlicher Umgang mit Reklamationen sieht für mich definitiv anders aus. Mein Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder! Ich bin sowohl von den Artikeln als auch vom Umgang mit meiner Rückgabe maßlos enttäuscht.
