Deeply grateful for Eric and Jennifer for putting this breath-work session together. I went from feeling pain in my chest to literally opening my heart space! I’ve done breath-work before and every time I promise myself that I won’t stop doing it and I fall off. It was a great reminder for me and this time I plan to follow through on regular breath-work.
