An outstanding service. Managed with integrity and consistency and lovely customer service. Highly recommended for all authors.

I just want to say I recently had a review come in that was very positive publicly. But what was possibly even more valuable to me was that the author who read the book and wrote the review also took the time to give me a fairly extensive list of small things in it that were either errors or typos. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this feedback. I immediately put it to use to edit and update the book. So my purpose in posting anything about this publicly would be to point out that fact. I don't know about the other author, but I did not have a budget to hire proofreaders, and unfortunately, in my circle of friends and family, I only found one or two willing to put any significant time into actually reading the book and giving me some feedback. So for all of us starting out in this world of authorship, this was an extremely valuable part of your service.

Far and away the best review site for authors in my experience. Easy to use, the site hosts some high quality work which is a pleasure to read. And the customer support service is leagues above the norm. 10/10
