I can confirm that Bolt Hero finally arrived not via Evri. The customer service was stepped up and i had no further reason to pursue a refund. It is a shame the business lost custom to scam artist in Colchester. They made no effort to return the item. Thank you to Bolt Hero. The apparatus has not been used in anger yet.

Hi Rodney, We looked into this carefully. The order was placed with a shipping address in Colchester, and that's where the parcel was delivered, confirmed by tracking. When your message came in asking to change the address, the parcel was already in transit, so it was no longer something we could redirect.
