Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you liked the bobblehead—it’s always our goal to create something special for our customers. However, we sincerely apologize for the slower-than-expected delivery, especially since you opted for express shipping. The delays were primarily due to the overwhelming volume of orders during the busy Christmas season, which impacted shipping times more than anticipated. We understand how important timely delivery is, and we’re working closely with our logistics team to better manage such situations in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this hectic time. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we truly value your honest feedback—it helps us improve and serve you better moving forward.
