I am updating this review to expose AquaFusion's deliberate strategy to mislead the public and manipulate their rating on Trustpilot. ​Their Business Model / Scheme: ​Forced Positive Feedback: Customers with active product complaints are forced to write glowing reviews for the initial customer service representative just to get their issue acknowledged. ​False Sincerity: The initial representative acts attentive, respectful, and sincere to ensure the customer submits the good review online. ​The Hand-Off & Delay: As soon as the review is posted, the customer is passed to a secondary employee under the guise of "resolving" the issue. ​Exhaustion Strategy: This second person stalls and draws out the process for weeks (often running out the 30-day window). No refund, replacement, or real help ever materializes. They simply wear the customer down through stress and delays. ​This is a highly calculated, deceptive scam designed to keep their Trustpilot score artificially high while leaving genuine customers unsupported and out of money. The public and Trustpilot need to be aware of this deceitful and manipulative practice. It is a absolute SCAM, beware of Aquafusion and any organisation that uses these practices !

Nothing out of the ordinary

You offered me other great options. Just can not afford them very low income. Im stage 3 kidney diagnosise's. When I pushed no thank you. It went to the next offer. After all were refused. Iwas able to check out. With out any pressure to keep buying. I'm 74 and not great on working these phones. I only wish all of these sights were as easy as you have made it. When I save more I will spend more if you send me a book or advertising to me. There were thing I saw I would like to try also. Thanks so much. Looking forward to a good Dr's. Review.
