Hi Rick, thank you for your review. I'm afraid that our advisors have helped in this situation as much as we could. The issue of switching to pay for your life insurance via a credit card is a universal issue. Our advisor Korinne was able to provide you with a direct line to our carrier for you to manage this issue but currently, none of the carriers we work with allow premiums to be paid by credit card, which is why you haven't been able to change your payment method. I kindly urge you to please change your review to reflect the service and product experience you've had with Amplify directly, not with the payment policy of your carrier (which we have no control over). Hi Firoza, Thanks for your review and apologies for any inconvenience! We try our hardest to ensure our processes are seamless and the care we provide for our customers is at the highest level. It's our understanding that the customer service you're speaking of is related to your life insurance policy carrier and not Amplify directly, unfortunately at this time, we have no control over the customer service quality of our carrier partners but are looking to make changes there to better serve you. Korinne, our agent, spoke with you yesterday and provided you with the right number to reach your carrier, but in the meantime, if you can highlight your interaction with Amplify & Korinne in the review and not solely the carrier, that would be very helpful for us to continue building a better life insurance company for everyone.
