He went over any questions I had about the benefits the living benefits. It was just an amazing process and experience and they reach out and they call to make sure that you understand things, so yes, I recommend

The representative was really knowledgeable. Simple process and did not take to long to approve my policy.

I submitting a application knowing it takes some time, I asked for a phone call, next day at 4pm. Never got it, I got a text to confirm the application, so I did. Got emails saying to input my banking information, mind you, I ha ent got my questions answered yet, so I didn't input any bank information. I got approved for the policy, got those emails not not one person tried to call me or email me back with answers to my question(s). Finally I got a text and replied to her wanting a phone call for questions I had. She then text back saying I was rude, having a bad day and unwilling to cooperate. Sour and unprofessional is my review for the representative with represents the company. I'm not doing business with them!

A gentleman named Dave was my agent..He was very informative knowledgeable and very patient in answering any questions and concerns we may have..i was having a rough day and he took the time to chat with me and my wife.he was very nice.he made my whole day better.We need more people like Dave in the world..it would be a much better place..Thank you .Dave for your help
