Great customer service for a great product. I had a slight issue with my Airmoto product. Called customer service and she kindly took immediate action. Incredibly helpful. Took a short video and sent it in and within an hour a new one was being processed to replace it and being sent free of charge. Great company to deal with. Great warranty and quick resolution.

Answered my call immediately, sent email summarizing my problem, another email asking for more information followed by a third email with the solution all completed in less than 15 minutes. Pure satisfaction for me. Unusual customer service like Amazon. Wow
