I had an issue with the battery not charging. I contacted customer support via email. After answing a few questions and sending a short video, they promptly resolved the issue and is sending me a replacement.

I initially had concerns when my order didn’t arrive and I couldn’t locate the package. I was worried I had lost my money and wasn’t sure how to get help. However, the customer service team responded quickly. I really appreciate how they handled the situation with care and professionalism. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I’m very satisfied with how it was resolved. Thank you!

I inadvertently ordered 3 units. I only needed 2. I called twice on Memorial Day weekend and didn’t get a response. On Tuesday I began a quick email exchange with a very skilled and sympathetic young lady who helped me immediately. Problem solved. All good. Great experience

This review is for the Airmoto portable air compressor. I bought this back in September 2022 and was having a problem with the digital readout. Contacted Airmoto and they are sending me a replacement. Great customer service and support.
