This unit was a gift and wasn’t blowing air despite it turning on. The warranty department was fast and easy to deal with and sent out replacement immediately. I have my own and love it. It’s always in my car in case of emergency. I use it for balls, bike tires and car tires.

Great Customer service, they really stand by their product. I had an issue and they were quick to respond and rectify the problem. I love the product and it's a must have in your car in an emergency

I bought an airmoto pump from Amazon and the battery failed after about a year, I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement battery because I really like the convenience of the pump, they went above and beyond and sent a replacement unit for, outstanding customer service 👏
