The Airmoto pump is wonderful. The customer service person responded so nicely to my query about what I thought was a missing hose. She told me to depress a button on the bottom and there it was. Then she also included a video tutorial. Such a wonderful product and even more wonderful staff at your company.

My pump stopped pumping. Gave them a call, had me email a short video of it not working and my order # Sent me a new one under the warrant. Im glad they are easy to work with!
