Airmoto was responsive, even through a third party interface. As they worked toward solving my problem, they allowed for direct communication with the support team.

Customer service was top notch!

I had previously bought an Airmoto, but accidently left it in my car when I traded it in for a new one. I ordered another, as I now have an e-bike that I need to keep tire air pressure up. We have a community mailbox and the package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbors lockbox that was out of town. I called customer service and they immediately sent me another Airmoto.

Ryan did not assume anything throughout the interaction. He made sure all was clear before moving ahead with the process.
