SCAM. Tried to return product. Sent back and never received refund. They don’t reply to emails and there is no number to call. I believe this is a Chinese company or they certainly act like one. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered on Dec. 18 and paid for expedited delivery. My order was "confirmed" but I never heard another word about shipping, etc. It is now after Christmas and no product, no way to track it, no way to speak to anyone about it. Do NOT order from them. Money flushed!

The Airmoto website indicated a 2 day processing time, followed by 3-5 day shipping. I ordered in mid-December and they charged my credit card immediately. I emailed them when I noticed that a week had gone by and my order hadn't shipped. Having received no response, I emailed them again after a few more days. In the meantime, they are flooding Facebook with ads and responding in realtime with comments. So, I tried contacting them on Facebook and again no response. After almost 3 weeks of no response from Airmoto or receipt of my order, I noticed their BBB "F" rating and decided to contact my credit card company. Fortunately, my credit card company initiated a charge-back and I got a refund.

Ordered on Dec. 13th based on website promise of 3-5 day shipping. Spent over $200 to purchase several as gifts. Have contacted several times for updates. Still hasn’t shipped. No idea how the product works and it looks like I never will.
