I had a problem where it charged me for 2 when I oonly wanted 1 , I sent a rude email about their website ( which i have since apologized for) They responded within 12 hours and corrected the issue, I find it amazing to get that level of customer service in this time of online shopping and I applaud the representative and the company for their effort.
