I never even heard of airmoto vip membership but I was charged $34.16 these people are scammers.

My air pump only shows a green battery, it won't turn on or off, charge, or reset. Fix your damn air pumps. I missed an important thing because of you.

Bought one of their mini air compressors. It would not work from day one. The Company had me try several things to make it work. Nothing I tried worked. They then wanted me to send them a video of the product not working. I refused and asked them to replace it or refund my payment. I have not heard from them since. So I guess they do not stand behind their product. Absolutely can’t recommend Airmoto.

This company is a nightmare Dewie told me I would never get my money back. They treated me like scum and took my $85 bucks .....

I ordered a portable tire inflator based on the high rating Airmoto received from Consumer Experts Review, they were rated # 2. I placed the order online and never received confirmation of shipping or a tracking number. I contacted them via email at least 9 times only to receive an automated response. Called the phone number and was directed to an automated response. I finally reached someone after two days trying and they told me that I would be contacted by a service rep. Then received an email with an excuse about their workloads. However, still no communication about when the order will ship. Why would a company that is as poorly run as this one take your money and then complain that they can’t deliver. Why is a company such as Consumer Expert Reviews permitted to present themselves as experts and therefore mislead consumers. Buyers Beware of both of these poorly run companies.

Ordered on Nov 27, contacted the company on December 9, the next day I got a shipping notice, as of Dec 23 DHL hasn’t received the package to ship. Several requests for customer service have gone unanswered. But I am receiving several emails saying to order if you want it for Christmas. What a scam! They take your money right away but never deliver the product.

Thanks for your responses, glad I didn't buy. Sounds like peeps from India or China. Sorry ass scammers.
