Great company. Service and delivery were very fast. Communication through the thankfully quick time between ordering and receiving the product was excellent. Product received was as described in New in box condition. Highly recommend.

This is the second time that I have sent my clothes to AdventureUs for repair. I live in New Mexico, and they are based in Wisconsin, but the distance doesn't matter. The experience is easy and the employees' communications are so upbeat it's actually fun. My only concern is that this second round of repairs took a couple of weeks longer than I had hoped. My items were received and assessed on November 20, 2024, and I was invoiced for the completed work on December 30. As the shipment included cold-weather gear, I was hoping to have them back sooner. However, I can appreciate that December is hard in retail, and I'm glad for their sake that they were busy. This will not affect my willingness to send them more work as it arises. I really appreciate their good work, reasonable prices, and good communication.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and understanding review! 😊 We're honored you've trusted us with your repairs not just once, but twice — even from New Mexico! We truly appreciate your patience during the busy holiday season and understand the importance of timely repairs, especially for cold-weather gear. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. Looking forward to being part of your next repair adventure! ❄️🧵✨
