Amazing store! Love this place so much. I’m from the area, but moved away a few years ago. Every time I come home this is a must stop.

I finally got.
Response from AdventureUsJun 17, 2026
Hi Susan! I'm so sorry you have not received your order yet! I checked your order and can see that it was shipped the day after it was placed. Unfortunately, once a package is in USPS's hands, we have limited control over the delivery process. We've noticed some postal delays recently, and it appears your shipment may have been affected by those issues.

I ordered an adjustable clip-on strap. It arrived in record time and I'm looking forward to using it this weekend at the concert I'll be attending.

Amazing!! We are so happy it came in time and you could use it right away. Thank you and happy concert going!

I had two zippers that needed repair and replacement. The one shell jacket she was able to fix while I waited. The other one was the zipper replacement, I had to come back for. Turn around time was very reasonable. Cost: Considering my other option was to throw away a nearly new coat and buy a new one, the cost of zipper replacement was very reasonable. Staff was extremely helpful and nice, explained everything very clearly what my options were for the two items I needed fixed, all around positive and pleasant experience, from start to finish. Coffee roaster in the building and a shop with unique, locally themed, outdoorsy, some locally made items for sale made waiting a very pleasant experience.

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad we could help keep your jackets in use and make the repair process easy and clear. We always want people to feel confident in their repair options, so it means a lot to hear that reflected in your experience. And we’re happy you enjoyed the coffee and shop while you waited too!! Thanks again for supporting local repair and small business!

Adventure us were able to let me order from Scotland so that I could send my American daughter in law a gift from their shop in Washburn, Wisconsin. They were very friendly and efficient. Next time I am visiting Washburn I will definitely call in to say Hello. Jan
