I have visited AdventureUs several times now, sometimes to purchase gifts, and other times for repairs. I needed zipper pulls on two coats and the strap of my soft-sided lunchbox replaced. In every interaction, customer service was outstanding! The staff were flexible on drop off/pick up times, and they genuinely care about ensuring their work is top-notch. The prices are all quite reasonable, especially for the repairs. I'll definitely be visiting the shop again for repeat business. Thank you!

I had a hole that was starting in a rather expensive leather purse. I dropped it off for repair. The repair was awesome. The repair is hardly noticable and blends with the overall appearance. This will greatly extend the life of the purse. I would recommend them for any kind of repairs. Their customer service is great. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

The work is very nice. I couldn't remember whether or not I had requested a 2-way zipper and whether or not that was even possible. But in any case, very nice work.
