I bought the fabric poster just a few days before Christmas, fully expecting it to arrive after the holiday. Not only did it arrive prior to Christmas, I also received regular emails from AdventureUs updating me to the status of my in transit item! Excellent experience all around.

I'm sorry to hear the USPS has taken longer then expected to deliver your package. It did ship complete and on time from our store as I've reached out to you previously about. I've also given you our direct contact info to reach out more personally and in-depth. I see that the tracking as been updated with progress today so hopefully it'll arrive shortly. We do ship all of our orders with $100 shipping insurance, however, carries require an extended amount of time before any claim to be made. We are happy to assist in a lost item claim after 2 weeks of non-tracking movement from the carrier. Please reach out to USPS with any shipping or tracking reviews.
