Responsive support, excellent work, fair price. A hat-trick. Zippers are the weak link in almost every piece of outdoor clothing, and if you really want to delve into sustainability, keeping things in service when they have so much life left in them is the way to go. Can't say enough good things about AdventureUs! Plus, even though the manufacturer of my items is willing to warranty them, they don't make this style anymore, and the warranty turnaround takes like 6 weeks.

The beanie I ordered was exactly as described. I did try and contact the company as I noticed my beanie was taking a strange route here but did not receive a reply. Luckily it arrived in time.
Response from AdventureUsNov 27, 2023
Hi Tamara, we are glad you are happy with the beanie. Sorry we didn't receive your message on the shipping. We ship all orders either USPS or UPS and once the item ships, the route it takes is out of our control. All we can do is share tracking information with you from there. Hope you have a great holiday season!
