this company engages in the unfair and illegal practice of setting up autoship without authorization. they notify you of the shipment after having charged your credit card and then tell you there's no way to stop the shipment. when you complain, they try to upsell you. if you want want to return the product, you have to pay for the shipping. i would rather pay for the shipping than keep a product that was sent to me using these illegal business practices. i will never order this product again.

Absolutely THE worst customer service and as all have previously stated you're subscribed for further product delivery without even knowing it. Steer WAY clear of these people. Total farce and scam!

SCAMMERS! Once they have your billing information they will start charging you for product you didn’t order! Customer service will straight up lie to you and tell you, you ordered a “subscription” when you didn’t.

Buyer beware! ROSABELLA will send you products you have not ordered, tack on an expedite fee and you will not be able to cancel. I tried their "trial" beetroot and am receiving more than I can use in a lifetime. You can not cancel. They claim they can not process my last name (it's simple and common). I don't even trust the product and it is not the same as what I "tried"

Do not ever order from them. They scam you with misleading and deceptive ordering practices. You will end of paying more than what was described in advertisement.

What was pitched as buy two get two free for 14$ turned into 68$. They are just scammers in my mind. It was supposed to be a one time purchase and I did some digging and I set up for a subscription!
