Do not deal wirh this company if they call hang up they will get your business info and file liens on your company for fuel cards that you didnt request which will.stop you from getting facturing

These people are pure scum. My story is no different from the others below. This company posted a fraudulent ucc1 filing on my company without any supporting documents or agreements of any kind. The difference Is I have the money to sue them and have been in contact with the Texas Secretary Of State and they are aware of these people so much so that they are in discussion with their legal team about them as well. Fraud!!! They are going to pay for this in a court of law unless they release this fraudulent UCC1 form # 23-0038984188 filed at 10:32 am on 9/7/2023 immediately.

i never sign anything with this company but they sent lien to UCC now been 2 weeks ask them every day take that off they said some one will call you in an hour but no one did

Do not do business with this company. They put a hold on our company to strong-arm you into doing business only with them. They will not release our UCC and they don’t have any managers or supervisors on their staff. They have “escalated” our request every day for 9 days now with no result.

They trick you into doing business with them and then put a ucc lien on you without your acknowledgment or permissiom. Stay far away

I never signed up for their factoring services and they locked-me in and now getting a release letter from them is a nightmare. Pathetic customer services and they say they are ex drivers who know the needs of drivers but they know not!!!!!!!!! ISSUE ME MY RELEASE LETTER ASAP for God sake and let me be free from your tentacles!!!!!

We've never agreed for using their… We've never agreed for using their factoring services, it was put on and now having difficulties with termination. No one has there any exact answer, everybody referring to a mysterious team that working on it, but don't know when and how. No exact answers, don't know how long it will take. It is disaster.
