I feel scammed through my current experience
The review is based on the purchasing process and the misleading customer care contact information. The price paid was far more than what the ordered price stated. I didn't click on any additional upsells (which is a major red flag) but you only get that after the transaction is apparently finalised, absent of all fees, charges, and overall costs. There is no placing the item in a cart and seeing what the final costs were. I tried several times to send an email via their contact us link but they all failed to deliver (postmaster delivery failure). Only through this site was I able to finally reach out but, even though nothing was shipped or even packed, I was unsuccessful with cancellation. Way too much obscurity and what feels is deceptive online purchasing, and I'm not even sure if I'm getting a legitimate 'original' product or a dodgy knockoff at great expense. The purchasing process is not the same or a typical operation as you would get from a legit online operator. I feel scammed right now; however, I will remove this post if my issue gets completely resolved within a reasonable timeframe and the product, if received, is legit.
