Without a doubt, our company has been extremely impressed with the professionalism and response of GermPro's team. Our first order with them was ready to ship in under five minutes after placing. We have used them since and hope to continue in the future. Our main contact was with Ronn Seamon who answered ever question we had and gave us even more information on top of that. Thank you to the GermPro team, keep it up.

I give Germpro 5 stars. They corrected the shipment to my company immediately without question so that we can continue with our disinfectant schedule.

I received my shipment and was a gallon short. I called and explained my problem and received the missing gallon in less than a week. Outstanding customer service!
