German with LauraReviews of germanwithlaura.com

German with Laura is an awesome course! So helpful to explain all the confusing parts (especially the declensions + case system) of German Grammar!! I loved how clear it was and how in-depth the lessons were. Thank you Laura!

Laura Bennett’s German course is the best I have encountered online. Additionally the materials required to advance in the learning of German and for overcoming the difficulties of the language, the course also provides for permanent help with individual questions regarding the language itself. These questions can be addressed in an almost personal approach. This is extremely convenient for students such as myself who follow the course from overseas and with a totally different timetable. This course is also adaptable to the different learning speeds of different students which allows you to follow it at your personal pace picking up what is otherwise more difficult to acquire and requires more time. Thank you very much Laura Bennett for your excellent course.

As English speaker it was a mission to switch over to German, until I come across German Foundation with Laura and all the pieces start to fall in place bit by bit. I tried most famous apps and endless Youtube video, but after just a week with Laura's course, I was hitting couple of aha moments. In short if Grammar is your nightmare, please look no further than this course, you will get a true solid foundation.

Excellent guide for beginners and intermediate students and even those who need to brush up on German grammar and its intricacies. I've had alot of teachers and have taken other courses, but this course is by far the best. German is not an easy language and I've wanted to give up many times. Now I see hope with this course! Laura is an excellent teacher who, I can tell, has put alot of effort into this course. German language makes alot more sense now. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it!

I have been learning German for a number of years at an evening class, with a good and enthusiastic teacher. However, I have struggled with grammar, especially declensions. I came across “German with Laura” by chance, and paid the fee hoping it would be worth it! I have found the course clear and enjoyable. Laura’s method helps to embed the rules and I have had many “Aha!” moments. I am not there yet, but I think my grasp of German grammar has improved significantly. I have been impressed by the speed and detail with which Laura responds to queries and comments. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a good basic grounding in German grammar.

Extremely useful learning experience, Laura is an engaging teacher who puts across the material in an easy to understand manner.

This is the best online course for German I have come across. Teaching technique is crucial, and it's taught in a simple to understand way. I managed to finally grasp some fairly basic concepts which had eluded me up this point, despite studying German for over two years! Laura is a natural teacher, and each video is easily digestible, fun and well-structured, to make learning as easy as possible, with plenty of opportunity for revision and practice. Although the start of the course appears initially quite simple, it's good to get a proper handle on the basic principles (some of which I mistakenly thought I was already thoroughly familiar with) before tackling more technical and advanced material. As soon as any further courses by Laura appear, I will be signing up! Thank you Laura!

This is a solid course, gave me the foundations that Duolingo and Babbel did not. 99% done with Laura's course and have gone back to Duolingo. It makes more sense now after being exposed to German grammar. Have not been able to retain all of lessons, but it is easy to go back and get a refresher.
