I ordered an item on September 18th, and specifically paid extra for quick shipping. However, the item did not arrive until one MONTH later on October 19th. There was no communication between the company and I, and there was no way to get in contact with them. I read other reviews after my purchase that items from this company often arrive late despite paying extra for express shipping, so I decided to watch and wait before cancelling my order. The shirt itself is fine, but if you need something from them in a pinch, this is NOT the place to shop.

This item is manufactured in China. I contacted the company weeks after not receiving the item and didn’t hear back for weeks. By the time they responded, I had already contested the charges with my credit card company. Would not recommend due to oversees shipping and poor communication.

the customer service is horrible! your size chart is inconsistent with the shirts you deliver. your shirts run at least a size smaller. You offer no returns or exchanges. If the shirt doesnt fit, or isn't liked, too bad. the customer is stuck with it. Also, I paid for fast delivery to receive my item in 6-8 days...it took over 3 weeks...your normal delivery. If you can't honor fast delivery, then why provide as an option and take peoples money. BUYER BEWARE on this company. There are other companies out there that provide the same types of shirts, and have a MUCH better customer service program designed to make sure the customer gets a final product they are happy with. Never again will i order from this place

Good product but very poor return policy. Sizing chart is not so accurate. Ordered a medium and it didn’t fit - needed a large. They would NOT let me return the medium for a large because it was my mistake to order the medium.

Took well over a month to even ship (from Taiwan!) and never got the items. Had to dispute it with my bank. I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I’m getting emails from them that say they are based in Sheridan, Wyoming and that is absolutely not true. My items sat in some shipping hold in Taiwan for over a month.

Shipping took almost a month with expedited shipping expense. Items arrived a week after I needed them and they would not allow me to return unopened package. Awful company, smiling while saying sorry you are out of luck. Never never shop with GERBERA prints!!!!!

It took 4 weeks to receive after paying for fast delivery! Do not order unless you have 5/6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping took 3 weeks. . Shirt was small and poorly made
