Wow! Pure incompetence. Communications are scarce (48 hours to answer an email) and questions they ask are non-relevant to the point a child would be more professional. Forget this company you wont get an SSL certificate in weeks if ever!!

A complete shambles of a company, they did the checks and said they issued the certificate when they didn’t. I will never know why 1and 1 partner with a shambolic company.

Have tried to get an EV certificate from them and the whole experience is rediculous. It's now been over 3 weeks, and we still haven't been issued with an SSL certificate. Terrible customer service, pointing us in different directions each time, without even explaining the simplest way to move forwards. Would definitely NOT recommend this company.
