Excellent communication, thorough review of the product I wanted before printing began and I was charged. Products arrived faster than expected, were extremely well packaged without any damage. These boxes are perfect for gifting several wardrobe pieces at once - which is a convenient alternative (as opposed to having to get each item boxed separately, which is wasteful but a lot of companies still do). It has many other purposes as well, including storage of keepsake or other items. The box is sturdy, comes in several nice color tones, and the magnetic top closure (plus bow option) ensure that items are extra secure. The company representatives are friendly, and are very diligent in following up and answering any questions. Finally, one can purchase just one or two boxes at a time (instead of having to buy them in bulk - which I’ve noticed many competitors make mandatory). This was a huge benefit for me, as I only needed two - not twenty! I will definitely be buying more of these (and other) boxes from Geotobox in the future!
