If I could give them a zero star rating I would. This company is a total scam fraud at its finest, they made me pay express shipping 3-4 day delivery said it was coming from NJ ,I emailed them 2 weeks later they send me a tracking number from Iceland. Then they still don't come ordered in June for my son he was here 2 months nothing. He leaves back home never got them. The add said 5 pair only received 1pair 2 months later. When I emailed them they had the nerve to offer me $3 refund, what a joke. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE MAKE IT KNOWN...

Preciousk bird art scam IT' A SCAM PEOPLE: 1) YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, 2) THEY SAY AND TRACKING SHOW THAT THIS MADE IN AMERICA PRODUCT SHIPS OUT OF CHINA BUT IN NEVER ACTUALLY LEAVES CHINA AND NEVER GETS DELIVERED!, 3) IT IS ALWAYS A "LAST DAY SALE", JUST WAIT A DAY OR A WEEK AND IT IS STILL THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE FOR A PRODUCT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE!, THE PHOTOS SHOW THEM AS VERY LARGEE BUT THEY STATE THY ARE ONLY 14" TALL, BUT IT DOES NOT MATTER AS YOU NEVER WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND FORGET ABOUT A REFUND AS THOSE DO NOT EXIST JUST LIKE THEIR NON-EXISTANT "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! I took got scammed and they will NOT get back to me.. cheap items and NOT what I ordered!!🤬 they also charged me $12 more and reversed... BUT I WANT MY ADDITIONAL $68. for the junk they sent. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and let me send you this junk back

Items received where not as described on site , missing parts andone even appear to have been used. Offered to return at sellers expenses as item not useable or as described on site. I only get AI responses and the offer of compensation goes from $8.00 us Dollars to $14.00 us dollars, and i keep the unusable items. These items are dollar store quality items. If that.. I was scammed for $80.32 They also originally charges me 12.00 more than the invoice and I had to inquire . They said it was an error and did refund me. Should have canceled order then.
