Geobear was a wonderful experience, Dante the GM, and his engineers communicated often and were easy to access, the workers who came out to compete the work were great communicators and filled us in on every step. The house actually lifted in some areas bringing it to level and going forward we have a ten year warranty. The best part of their process is they require you to get clearance from a plumber making sure no pipes or drains are leaking and the work they do doesn’t destroy your landscape or cement work around the home. Hats off to the Geobear crew, they are dependable and straight up.

Your product is excellent. The workmanship is superior. Everything was organized to perfection. The management and staff were top notch and answered all questions. They took care of all the details to make the job run smoothly. I did not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Geobear.

I spoke with Craig, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. It actually transpired that the extension that we plan on building was would likely sort the issue so there services weren’t required. There was no pressure to use geobear, non hard sell - just well intentioned good advice and practical next steps. Would 100% recommend.

If you have any foundation issues, I highly recommend Geobear. I called around multiple places, but Geobear was the only one where they first got a good understanding for what I needed so they could recommend the best solution for my situation. We were in need of foundation repair, and Geobear was the only one who didn't try to upsell or attach bogus fees. They just provided their honest assesment and the best solution to fit my specific needs. Their communication is great, they always responded quickly and answered any question I had.
