Their website said 3 - 5 day shipping. It didn't say anything about taking 3 full business days to place an order. Their chat service has been moderately helpful, but I will definitely be looking elsewhere before buying from these jokers again. I need to mow my grass, but I can't because I'm waiting a ridiculously long time for a replacement lawnmower handle to go from Indianapolis to Omaha.
