Horrible! I ordered the parts that the website said was correct for my truck. I was sent spark plugs that were too long and didn’t fit. I was told that it was my fault that I was sent the wrong parts and that the companies ‘policy’ was to not exchange for the correct parts. A scammer can only last so long before the public finds out and everyone quits doing business with them. Considering that the addresses on the website are not accurate and that the phone number give is ALWAYS busy, I doubt that any of this makes a difference to whomever is behind this scam.
