Buyer Beware! I ordered a genuine leather jacket as a birthday gift, and months later, this is still unresolved. I never received the jacket, and despite repeated emails requesting a refund, Genuine Jacket Store continues to send generic apologies and tell me the matter is under review. They have provided a photo of a package on my porch, but I never received the jacket. Every follow up leads to another apology and another promise, with no resolution or refund. Absolutely exhausting customer service. Think twice before ordering from this company.

The product I was sold was a complete dupe of what I wanted, everything about it was wrong. Spelling of words, dis proportionate sized letters in words. Everything was incorrect. AVOID at all costs, don’t be a dumb idiot like me.

Avoid at all costs!!! This company are a fraud! Have refused to refund despite notify them of cancelation within 2 hrs of order placed. Do not use this company. Save your money and dont buy buy from these scammers

Very hard to know what you are getting. Website said premium quality but my item was less much than that. Company did refund after countless emails but only after I ship item back at my expense, eating over a third of my refund. There are lots of fantastic jacket sellers online, sadly these guys aren’t they.

Rip off. Item not in stock. Won’t refund me unless they charged me a $20usd shopify fee. Not my problem they can’t stock but I have to wear it. Avoid avoid avoid.

Total trash. Ordered a Brad Pitt Sunspel style shirt and received a garbage $2 shirt in Forest green instead of light (thyme) green, it was too small and cost $179 CDN. Terrible!! Never buy from them, it’s trash.

Absolutely terrible quality. Fake.....Fake...... Fake!!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!!!
