Sneaky company
Sneaky site. Nowhere do they tell you that you’re subscribing to auto-replenishment of their product … UNTIL … you have to click on a box and then, and only then, do they tell you. I think that’s crappy and I think that’s sneaky and I think that’s wrong.

I had heard about genucel on many of…
I had heard about genucel on many of the talk radio shows I listen to everyday. I was excited to finally try the products and went on-line to order. The process was so easy and the fall special was great! I can not wait to try these products and am sure they will live up to all the good reviews I have read.

Usually I am skeptical of new…
Usually I am skeptical of new product/product endorsements on social media pages. However, The Chick on the Right recommended Genucel, and then teamed up with them for a fantastic free deal I couldn't pass up. And I. AM. AMAZED. My skin feels so soft after the first use. And vibrant! Thanks for proving me wrong about product endorsements! Also, the packaging is beautiful. It came with product descriptions and a thorough book on on on all their products, the history, the ingredients, how and why to use. I'm impressed!

Frustrating
It's frustrating when a customer (me) enters all information required, but a website doesn't retain it (after a coupon code has been entered), and when a customer (me) again enters all information, the coupon code is not retained by the website. So customer (me) is charged the price without the coupon being honored. I want sufficient time to try this purchase before making another purchase, and the coupon expires in 14 days -- with at least 3 of those being used for shipping the product to me.
