I wrote a review earlier SO frustrated…
I wrote a review earlier SO frustrated with this company and the person I dealt with. The automatic sending of shipments... all that plus she was not so nice. But since then after not using it for a bit my eye bags were worse. I started back and they are better. So I am a customer. I called to cancel the order because I am taking forever to use what I have and an extremely nice professional young lady not only put it off for 4 months for me but is mailing me 2 things for free that were left out of my second shipment. No hassle. And somehow I missed seeing initially that this is natural. That's huge to me!

All went fine until the page asked if I WANTED ….THEN STUCK ON CAPITALS…..
All went fine until the page asked if I wanted my order traced (not sure that is the word,,,,,,,usually my orders are usually let me know when it is on the way and arriving ……this order automatically went to APP store NOT what I asked for and didnt want.,.,,..the page was stuck on top of my order and frozen not leaving when I returned to order ……I just backed out of the order and checked back in a bit and the APP store page was gone…..I want to know if my order was sent…page.said go to email, I did …and said it was ordered …..please get rid of APP store that is not what I WAS ORDERED …NOW THE CAPITALS ARE STUCK ON I DIDNT REQUEDST THAT EITHER…..MAYBE YOUR TECH DEPT CAN GET YOU AN EASIER PAGE …..AWFUL …..I HOPE I GET MY ORDER.
