We attempted to place our Essential…
We attempted to place our Essential Package order Sunday and finally when nothing happened, we went through the chat and "spoke" with Johnny. He was great, however we never received an email telling us that our order had indeed been placed. We did receive an email in response to our reply offering us to place an order by phone or through customer service. For some reason, we were able to successfully place our order today and received a confirmation email for order #237166. We didn't realize that this is an automatically renewable subscription like service at the time we placed our order and will have to see how successfully this product works.

I made a mistake in the order by ordering twice for the same item. The discount amount flashing box appearing after the payment has been made kind of misleading. That tricked me to check in the box, then I ended up buying the same item twice. However, when I emailed customer service about the double quantities for the same item, I received the response next day. So, I rate my oreder experience with the website is 4. I hope the product is as great as customer service. Looking forward to receive my order.

Received an email informing me that…FRAUDS!!
Received an email informing me that Genucel had given me a $50 coupon. When I went to order something and apply the $50 coupon, after I made purchase, only $30 showed as being deducted Called Gebucel customer help line THEY ARE FRAUDS! Did not get the full $50. Said then I wanted to cancel the order. Was told that Remer on line couldn't do it Someone would call me back in 24-48 hours IF they do I wilI also call my credit card and have transaction cancelled I will never shop Genucel again

Rush delivery
The package add said that there was a free upgrade to Rush delivery. No where during my process of my purchase did it mention upgrade to Rush delivery other than the package add. I also sent a message asking about that, and the response was that Rush delivery was not included. How disappointing, False advertising! I would like my purchase Rush Delivery. Please honor your add!
