First pass thru the order process
First pass thru the order process, I put in Dan Bongino's code. Then I discovered that your Black Friday money-off was about $4 more (I think). I tried to change over to your offer, couldn't. Dumped the order, started all over again, and your system never would let me get rid of Dan B's code. So I paid more than what you were offering off on Black Fri. It wasn't much, but it was sort of disgusting that I couldn't start over with a clean slate.

Chicks told me this was great
I’ve heard about Genucel for sometime on the “Chicks in the Right” podcast, and wondered if it could help me and my wife look younger. Boy did it. YOU CHANGED MY ORDER. I did NOT intentionally amend my order. I ordered ONE item the eye gel for puffiness, on sale for $52.70. I clicked 'submit', immediately after which your insidious pop-ups began. In an effort to remove them from my screen, I apparently ordered one of your packages that popped up. I only discovered this error after receiving your email showing the additional charges in my 'updated' cart. I DID NOT UPDATE MY CART! I don't know if this is an intentional tactic to get folks like me to buy more products, but I'm VERY upset about this because you have NO real time customer service. Consequently, I was relegated to sending an internal email to which you haven't replied. So here we are. When my package is delivered, I plan to return it unopened and will expect a complete refund.
