I haven't received the product yet, but the order process was not good. I would have liked to see a detailed itemization and description of what I was buying, not just a picture of the tubes.

The pop up menu for a permanent …
The pop up menu for a permanent discount was inoperable. When I reloaded the page, it disappeared. The discount was not available again throughout the checkout procedure.

I never confirmed order
I never confirmed order. I back out of page. I then received an email confirmation for the order. Trying to resolve issue now.

Not real keen on being forced to sign …
Not real keen on being forced to sign up for future orders when I haven't had any experience with any of the Genucel products on my initial order. Now upon receiving my initial order I have to be vigilant to immediately cancel what I was forced to agree to in order to take advantage of the radio offer.

Business Protocol Issues:
Business Protocol Issues: I purchased the product on line, as a Christmas gift for someone else, only to find out that I was unknowingly placed on a "PLAN". I found out when I reviewed my order confirmation and saw the automatic 60 day renewal. Given that this was a gift, I didn't need nor did I want to be placed on a "PLAN". When calling the company, I was told that if I cancelled the "PLAN", I would be subject to higher retail prices if I ever decided to purchase from them in the future. Well I could have told them that because of the AUTO PLAN function and the threats of retail pricing, they didn't need to worry about me as a customer. The only reason that I'm giving this such a high TWO star rating was because the call center staff finally did finally cancel the plan. Good luck with your relationship with them.
