Oh wow, I saw a difference in a few hours! The puff on the inside corner of one upper eye lid, present since cataract surgery four years ago, was about 75% better. The puffs all around my eyes from my new CPAP mask were almost gone. My skin felt smoother and softer. I don't have to use it everyday to see the continued results. either. It's great

Easy to order...be sure you read that you will be charged automatically depending on package bought...every 1 or 2 months...so if don't want to keep getting product..cancel prior... Anxious to try product..

I actually called today & cancelled my Chamonix account... I've been hearing your ads on the Sean Hannity show for awhile and was curious... Then a woman "accosted" me at a mall in Atlanta telling me I NEEDED to do something about my sagging eyes... She quoted $700... Definitely wasn't going there! So, my husband said HE wanted to try your product himself, so I went online and ordered what seemed like I needed... It was delivered, and I unwrapped and tried to read & understand how to use the products... BUT, the instructions were vague on the big sheet, and the individual containers were SO little I needed a magnifying glass to read them. And still wasn't sure exactly HOW and when to use what! So I used the serum all over my face; applied the eyelid treatment to my eyelids; put the stuff under and around my eyes twice daily; etc. (I'm still using it all, hoping & wishing it might make me beautiful!) But I see absolutely NO change!! I didn't want to absorb the cost of another shipment! The sweet representative person tried to convince me to try more, or an alternative product, but I just wasn't interested! SO - best wishes to y'all! I'll just continue in my age-old beauty routines and accept that I AM 62 years old & I'm not the beauty I once was but I'm doing OK! If what you want me to review your customer service - well - it's been good; but the lack of good instructions and the TINY containers and labels were just turn-offs & frustrations! Mary Kay's labels and representatives truly outdid, for many years, your product's 2018 instructions! I'm feeling a little bad for my "mean" comments... but I really am quite disappointed and frustrated about your products! (And I forgot to mention how cheap the little lids feel on the little jars! Try ANY product and the lids smoothly go back on, but not yours!

I bought because you can use makeup over it. My eyes are very puffy due to cancer treatment. I’m determined to having my sparkle on every day.
