Easy but do not like the automatic re-newel....

The only thing that bothers me about ordering from Chamonix is the auto-renew program, I don't like that. Otherwise the online ordering was good, and I hope the products are as good as the reviews claim.

Easy to order. Products are bundled so it's easy to choose from the 3 groupings.

I called to order over the phone was on hold and got disconnected??

Very easy website to navigate through.

Process was good. I would like to be able to order individual products rather than packages. I also do not like the required auto replenish requirement unless I elect it.

This was my second time looking into purchasing genucel. I find it very frustrating that their pictures and words do not clearly identify each product, nor do their words clarify what I'm getting or what I'm missing...it just sort of progresses each time you decide what you want to order. For example: I initially clicked on some $59 deal...once I decided to try it, I get taken to another page that shares about a $98 deal every other month at the top and a $129 (normally $139 deal) for the complete set plus a gift of jawline or something else to choose from. So, I am really confused, and I decided to call. I spoke with Nicole [I think], who explains everything to me and offers to complete the sale over the phone. Since I already had all of my information in the computer, I told her it wasn't necessary, and that I would just click on the $129 deal. She said very good and we ended our call. Then, I click on the $129 deal, but my order page comes through saying I purchased the $98 - 4 step package! I couldn't believe it. So, I called back, but this time I got Tammy. I told her I had just spoken with Nicole and what had happened. She was confused about the first offer [$59], but then I think she located what that was...however, she made it sound different from what I thought it was. Then she told me the $129 deal isn't the complete set and if I wanted that it would be $209! Since I was originally spending $59, the last thing I wanted to do (nor could I afford to do) was spend over $200. I sincerely hope genucel is worth it because the online and phone conversation leaves one's head spinning and not satisfied.

NOT SURE IF THE PRODUCT WILL WORK AND HAD TO COMMIT TO REORDER EACH MONTH TO MY CARD. NOT SURE THIS WILL TURN OUT TO WELL WITH AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SO AM NREVOUS ABOUT THE COMPANY NOW
