It was easy to order and the $10 off…
It was easy to order and the $10 off discount was a nice surprise. I only gave 4 stars right now because I have only used the product for 3 weeks and am not noticing and changes in my appearance compared to any other topical skin care treatments. I am disappointed that I am one of those who fall under the category of "your results may vary."

I ORDERED 6 BOTTLES OF STRICTIOND…
ITRIED TO ORDER 6 BOTTLES OF STRICTION D, BUT FOR SOME REASON THE TRIAL BOTTLE FOR $4,95 SHOWED ON THE ORDER INSTEAD, EVEN THOUGH I HAD UNCHECKED THE TRIAL AND HAD CHECKED THE 6 BOTTLE DEAL. I CALLED YOU AND WAS HELPED BY A NICE YOUNG LADY "TIFFANY" AND SHE RESOLVED MY PROBLEM REAL FAST.

I had a hard time making my order.
I had a hard time making my order.When I got it through the wrong one was submitted. I had wanted a larger package but it showed that i had ordered the smaller one. I was tired of fighting it.

I had been thinking about ordering this…
I had been thinking about ordering this product and talking to my husband asking him to order it for me. Since he hadn’t ordered it yet I finally decided to go ahead and do it myself. So I ordered this product on line and literally 30 minutes later my husband told me he had just ordered it too! So right away I tried to call and your company was too busy to answer the phone. So I decided to go to my order aknoligement and email you and tell you to cancel my order. I didn’t hear back so I called the very next day and cancel once again phone busy so on hold. Finally when I talked to a person it was too late the order already shipped. Now I have to pay to send products back. That’s not right and not happy about this.This company is very hard to get ahold of. I think they should make an exception and supply a return label . Lisa
