Mixed bag
Mixed bag. I had some problem getting the credit card to work and the site when back to the pre-highlighted package that was smaller than the one I wanted. I called and was on hold for longer than I would expect and was finally given the option of a call-back, which came several hours later when I was not by a computer. The incorrect order that was made didn't show up on the system yet so I could not correct it. BUT, first thing this morning, a young lady called me back and the order was corrected. So, even though it started out rough, it turned out ok. ALSO, there should be a membership where I can go online to change my orders and preferences. Calling a phone number that is always busy is a real irritation.

Think twice before buying this!!
I’m not sure what’s going on with this company but here’s what’s going on. I received my product just fine. Started using it. It didnabsolutnotjing for me. It actually made my skin worse looking. I called the number to cancel my subscription and get an RMA for the return and over a 4 day period each time I call it switches you to an overflow center which is a 3rd party company, that asked for your name and number for a call back. Here I am 4 days later and multiple calls with zero response. I am fuming mad! These people have no way to contact the company either. Don’t buy it!!!!

I have been trying by telephone to re adjust my order called 4/5 again on4/8 and again on 4/9. I get to talk to a live person , that tells me someone will get back to me, however if I do not talk to some one who can help me in the next day ,you have lost a customer! And i am sure you do not care!
