Filled my order improperly - Genucel must fix Web Site Promo Offering
Filled my order improperly. It may be an online systems problem. i ordered the heavily advertised promotional package: eye bags treatment and receive jawline treatment for free and Genucel sent "immediate effects" in place of the eye bags and puffiness treatment. As I selected the promo package, there is no way I could have selected something different. Now I must wait on a return label, ship their error back to them and wait on the correct eye treatment to be sent. Why make a customer do that, just send the corrected offering and forget about the return. In fact, It IS a System problem. See the first Promotional offering after selecting Order Now ($155 offer). See the two product offerings at the bottom, then click "details" and you will see the description on the first page does not match the detail page and image. Page One clearly says Under Eye Bags/Puffiness; details reads "genucel immediate effects' Causing many mis filled orders I would imagine..

Too bad we can't order just one product and not a whole package. i would like to try the jawline treatment and not the eye treatment. I have no problem with my eyes...
