I entered the wrong shipping address…
I entered the wrong shipping address and when I tried to change it the customer service representative in your company was very very rude. I will not be doing business with you again.

Confusing order policies at first, but Genucel corrected the misunderstanding. I told the Genucel rep over the phone that I couldn’t find out how to buy a single item on their website rather than a multi product bundle and only wanted to try one product after having ordered a bundle from their website. They explained how to buy a single item instead of a bundle. I also thought that I had been enrolled in a subscription but was mistaken. having called the company and asking if I could cancel the subscription and just receive my initial order, they told me that if I canceled my subscription that I would be charged $50 more for my initial order. This was a mistake though, I hadn’t been enrolled in a subscription and the $50 was a credit for a free gift, not a charge. After I update this review the company called me back and cleared up the misunderstanding with the shipment and purchase and sent me a free gift, thanks Genucel !

Had a hard time navigating from screen…
I was surprised that I received a call from Genucel right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and actually added an additional product in my order as an apology. That’s pretty good customer service.

missing product.
It took longer to arrive and when it did arrive it was short one item, the bottle of genusil dfs. I called right away to report and noone was available to speak with me. A woman took a message and said she would pass it on and I have heard nothing yet. That was a week ago. My phone number is 928-231-4104. Please call me to rectify this. Thank you, Janet Pridgen
